JAYANT test sieves consist of a solid stainless steel and brass sieve frame of high stability for reliable sieving performance. Sieving is a simple technique for separating particles of different sizes. A sieve such as used for sifting flour has very small holes. Paying close attention to mesh-specific requirements, the fabric of each test sieve is precisely joined perfectly into the frame and tautened. The individual laser engraving of each test sieve provides clear labeling with full traceability.

These Test Sieves are available in stainless steel frame and brass frame with stainless steel wire mesh. Test Sieves are available in 4, 6, 8, 12 and 18 inch diameter. Test Sieves of all mensioned diameters are available in several mesh no. of BSS: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 22, 25, 30, 36, 44, 52, 60, 72, 85, 100, 120, 150, 170, 200, 240, 300, 350, 400 and 500. Test Sieves are available in several mesh no. of ASTM: 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 60, 70, 80, 100, 120, 140, 170, 200, 230, 270, 325, 400 and 500. Selection of frame diameter and height is based on specimen volume and particle size.
